the staff were amazing i arrived late due to traffic the kitchen had closed but they still cooked for us as i had two children. they were so friendly and helpful i would definitely stay again. the breakfast was 10out of 10 and the area was very pleasant.

room we were allocated was very poor smelt of damp and mould cobwebs and spiders were in the bathroom. the receptionist did move us to a different room which was better so i thank him for doing that.

the staff were helpful i found the food to be good at a fair price i sat in the snug area it felt cozy i did notice a quiz happening in the main area it seemed fun i would stay again

i think the room could use a little redecorating like new paint and carpet

I appreciated the location right by the canal. it was very peaceful. the bar area was nice. I liked the outdoor seating with the canal view. the bathroom was also clean with a nice shower.

Paying for parking felt unnecessary. I thought it should be included.
